Me on Fox13 News: Good Day Utah

A few weeks ago a rep for Gold's Gym asked if I would share my weight loss success story on Fox News. I was excited to get the chance to share my story and hopefully inspire others to be healthier.  I was on the "Workout Wednesday" clip this morning.  The interview was nearly 5 minutes long and it was LIVE.  I was a tad nervous but mostly excited.  The anchors were very nice and they both put me at ease during the whole interview.  I felt I got slightly incoherent at the end, but hopefully overall it was motivating to those watching and inspired others to be more active and healthy.  Thanks Fox 13!  It was fun!  PS If the video isn't working for you, click HERE for a direct link.
