Before I got pregnant I weighed between 112-115 (closer to 112 most of the time, sometime even dropping to 110 on my "very light days"), then I gained 38 lbs., and now I'm back down to 116-117. I know that my weight is a great weight to be at, but it's not where I want to be or know I could be. I was at 112 very easily and I wasn't having to work hard to stay there. I feel like I'm eating great and exercising pretty regularly, but my body is staying put. I also know that I could be pushing myself really hard to get back down to 112, but I'm taking it slow and just doing what I can with my schedule while still staying sane and being a good mom. I'm happy where I'm at, I just wish my body would give me a break to go back to where it was. It would also be nice if my stomach muscles would magically move back together. I'm afraid they were just pushed to far. Anyway, just my thoughts about where I'm at. I'm feeling better about running and will probably run the 10k portion of the Helvetia Half with mom this June. I need to keep up the races so I can keep challenging myself. I haven't read the health article yet from SL Running Co., but I want to. I hope to sit down tonight and go through it.

P.S. Thanks Annie for saying I'm a hot mama. I don't feel like it a lot of the time, but I'm working on it.Ashleighhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13585578006209844268noreply@blogger.com
