I'm sure I still look about the s...Hey, Jamie! I'm sure I still look about the same to people. I've gained around 5 pounds, but my main concern is how much muscle tone I've lost. I haven't worked out consistently since high school and it's starting to catch up with me. I feel like I'm the walking definition of "skinny fat." So my goal is to hopefully drop a few pounds, but more importantly, I want to SEE a difference in my body.
