Its the lard they use to make the tortillas. and you can fit more in tortillas so they are usually stuffed. So crazy you think you're eating healthy and obviously you arent!

Btw congrats on the weightloss! you look awesome!TJDKGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04508786487510143052noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2390957750973647784.post-84624611671339824042008-09-15T12:27:00.000-06:002008-09-15T12:27:00.000-06:00Wow. Zach and I have been trying to share a single mean at restaurants, originally to save money, but also to save our waistlines. When we can agree on a meal, it works out great!

Great healthy snack list. Something Zach and I enjoyed plenty of this summer has been low-fat cottage cheese with fresh Oregon blueberries and peaches. Also, I have been bringing sliced cucumber to school as a yummy, not-messy, and easy to eat snack. And can't forget apple sauce! (although apple season is just starting, so fresh, local apples might be a better choice).

Anyway, sounds like you're doing an awesome job and being a great example. Keep it up.Kseniahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16544633259824882147noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2390957750973647784.post-33885146456183275252008-09-14T19:21:00.000-06:002008-09-14T19:21:00.000-06:00I liked being blissfully ignorant about the calori...I liked being blissfully ignorant about the calories in my favorite pasta dish!!

Seriously though, that's a great list of healthy foods. I am still trying to educate my not so health conscious husband.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00404692233804774547noreply@blogger.com
