Doing it everyday for my last period of the day and then after school as well was awesome exercise. I was also eating a lot of Subway sandwiches at the time because it was quick, easy and healthy. I was incredibly flexible from stretching all the time and I could wear a spandex unitard and not feel uncomfortable about my body. Yep, those were the days.<br /><br />I have been sick and the lack of motivation for working out is killing me. I didn't run yesterday when I really, really should have because I just felt like crap. Excuses, excuses. I need to get my butt into gear. I'm trying this Greek yogurt fad that everyone seems to be into.
